Design/ Surveying From basic surveying services and initial feasibility/design studies, we can offer a full design service, to include presentations and interior designs/visuals where required. Project Management To provide a ‘one stop shop’ service to clients, we can also undertake a full Project Management role, which can include design, cost control/ monitoring and full contract administration. Health & Safety On larger ‘non-domestic’ projects and where the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 apply, we can undertake the required CDM Co-ordinator role, to ensure the client’s health & safety responsibilities are met.
